A water-based epoxy primer and/or sealer for concrete floors and other surfaces. Sometimes used as a basecoat for the Ultra Surface Color Flake and Epoxy/Urethane Systems and as a first coat over the Tuff Grit Granules. Can also be used as an economical color sealer for interior floors.
