A pre-mixed 50lb. bag of white cement and sand ready to be mixed with Ultra Surface Concrete Polymer and water. Used as the initial polymer concrete bond coat or smoothing coat prior to applying a polymer concrete texture coat or 1/4” stamping application. Applied by trowel, squeegee, broom or hopper gun sprayer. .
